Website Optimization.
Make the site you already have faster, safer, and harder-working.
You do not need a new site. You need someone to make the one you have load in two seconds, stop breaking on a Tuesday, and convert more of the traffic it already gets. Boring monthly work that pays for itself in the bookings nobody used to make.
What the work looks like month to month. We monitor uptime, run security and plugin updates, take backups, watch the Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals scores, and ship the small fixes that keep adding up. A slow image gets compressed. A plugin that nobody uses gets removed. A bit of slow JavaScript gets deferred. A page that broke on a phone gets fixed. We send you a short monthly note that says what we did, what we found, and what is next. Nothing dramatic, just a site that quietly gets better instead of quietly rotting.
The lie owners get sold is that maintenance is optional, or that a cheap hosting plan is the same as having someone responsible for the site. It is not. Sites bit-rot. Plugins go out of date. Themes stop being supported. Page speed creeps up. Forms silently stop sending. The cheapest moment to fix all of that is before something breaks. The most expensive moment is when a customer tells you the form has not worked for three weeks and the leads are gone.
After this, the site is something you stop worrying about. The phone keeps ringing because the form keeps working. The mobile score stays in the green because someone is watching it. Updates do not break things because they get tested before they ship. The hour you used to spend every quarter wrestling with WordPress is gone. For service-business owners that is usually the best money they spend a month.

Industry benchmarks, not our client data
The gap web design & development has to close
- 1.5% What the bottom quarter of websites convert at
- 5% What top-quartile pages reach in most verticals
The bottom quarter of sites turn about one and a half visitors in a hundred into an enquiry. Top-quartile pages reach around five. That is the realistic distance, and it is the distance we work in.
We are deliberately not quoting the top decile at 11.45 percent. Within a single vertical the spread between best and worst is usually two to three times, not five, so treat three times as the working expectation and anything beyond it as a good year rather than a plan. Your industry, your prices and your market decide most of the ceiling before we touch anything.
What we can change is structure: what the page promises before anyone scrolls, how quickly it proves it with real proof rather than adjectives, whether there is a page for the specific job somebody searched for, and how little stands between deciding to call and calling.

This is for you if
- Your site is bit-rotting and nobody is responsible for it
- Plugins are out of date, the form silently broke, and you only noticed because leads stopped
- Page speed is hurting Google rankings and you do not know who to call
- You want someone on call to keep the site running while you focus on the business
What it costs
No proposal theatre. These are the real numbers, and the full list for every service is on the pricing page.
- $230£180/mo Ongoing Website Protection & Optimization Core and plugin updates, security monitoring, backups, uptime monitoring, and 45 minutes of minor edits per month.
- $400£320/mo Performance Care & Growth Support Everything in Protection plus 2 hours of development support, speed monitoring, and a monthly performance check.
- $190£150/hr Advanced Technical Consulting One-off speed, security, or deep technical work outside the monthly plans. Used for larger fixes that need a focused block of time.
Need a number for your situation?
The prices above cover the standard engagement. If yours is bigger, messier, or does not look like any of that, tell us where you are and what you are trying to fix and we will come back with a straight price and a timeline. No lock-in, no "discovery phases", no surprises.
What this looks like when it works
- The site stops being a thing you worry about late on a Sunday
- Page speed stays in the green instead of slowly creeping past four seconds
- Updates and security patches happen on schedule, not after something breaks
- If something does go wrong, the fix is a same-day restore, not a rebuild
- Small content changes (price, photo, service blurb) get made the day you ask, not in a 'we will get to it' email chain
How we approach website optimization
The handful of principles that decide what we do and what we skip.
-
Quiet beats heroic
A good monthly is a boring one. If we are putting out fires, something earlier was missed.
-
Test before you ship
We do not push core or plugin updates straight to production. Staging first, always.
-
Cut what you do not use
Every unused plugin is a future incident. We remove before we add.
-
Report what we did, not what we promised
Monthly updates list the actual changes and the actual numbers. No theatre.
Questions owners ask before they commit
Do I need a whole new site, or can you fix this one?
Often we can fix the one you have. If the bones are fine, we make it faster, close the security holes, and tighten the pages that convert, for a fraction of a rebuild.
Why does speed matter that much?
Because a slow site loses the call before the page finishes loading, especially on a phone on 4G. Shaving seconds off load time is one of the cheapest ways to recover leads you are already losing.
How do I know it's actually safer after?
We patch what is out of date, lock down the obvious holes, and set up the basics that stop a small site becoming a breach. You get a site that is boring to attack, which is exactly what you want.
How we compare to the alternatives
The honest sales argument. We will not pretend the other options do not exist.
Doing it yourself
- You and your team learning every platform from scratch
- The work eats nights and weekends
- Hard to tell what is actually working until you have burned the budget
- One channel at a time because you cannot run them all yourself
- Pricey mistakes you eat alone
With Mujgos
- An operator who has actually shipped this work for paying clients
- Plain-English plan, plain-English reporting, no PDFs to interpret
- Fixed scope, real deadline. No 12-month contracts
- Decisions in 48 hours, not 4 weeks
- You keep the keys to every account, tool, and asset
Typical agency
- Junior staff in a process they cannot change
- Dashboards that confuse instead of clarify
- 12-month contracts and cancellation clauses
- Cookie-cutter playbooks they run on every client
- Padded retainers that grow quietly over time
How working with us actually goes
No 12-month contracts, no jargon, no lock-in. You pick what you need, we do the work, and you keep the keys.
