Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use mujgos.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

What we collect, why, and on what legal basis

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we process the email address you submit. The signup is handled directly by our email provider, Mailchimp (Intuit / The Rocket Science Group LLC), which may also record technical data such as IP address and timestamp to confirm the subscription and prevent abuse. Purpose: to send you the newsletter. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email; that withdraws your consent for the future.

Contact and "Get a website" inquiries

If you send us an inquiry through a form or by email, we process the details you choose to provide (such as your name, email address, business information, and your message). Purpose: to respond to you and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Legal basis: performance of / steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting and security

The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical data (such as IP address and request metadata) to deliver the pages, provide a CDN, and protect the site from attacks and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics — only if you consent

We may use Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used. These run under Google Consent Mode v2 and are set to denied by default: no analytics cookies or identifiers are set until you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. Web fonts

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When a font is fetched, Google receives your IP address as part of the request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in consistent typography (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors that help us run the site:

• Mailchimp — newsletter delivery
• Google — Tag Manager, Analytics (consent-based), and Fonts
• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and security

International transfers

Some of these providers (Mailchimp, Google, Cloudflare) may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Inquiries: for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, then as required by law.
• Technical / security logs: short-term, only as long as needed for security and operation.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict or object to processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out).

To exercise any of these, email michal@mujgos.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority — in our case Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ), Czech Republic — uoou.gov.cz.

Automated decisions and children

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects. The site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site or applicable law changes. The current version always shows the "Last updated" date above.
