International & Multilingual.

Run two or three languages on one site without breaking Google.

Most multilingual sites are a mess of Google Translate plugins and duplicate content. We set up proper language versions with hreflang, separate URLs, and human translation for the pages that matter. Czech, English, Polish, German, done so Google indexes each correctly.

What the work looks like. We pick the structure (subfolders like /en/ and /cs/ are usually the right answer for service businesses), set up hreflang so Google knows which version to show in which country, and translate the pages that actually drive bookings. We do not auto-translate the whole site. We translate the home, the service pages, the contact, the about, and the high-traffic articles. Everything else stays in the source language until it earns a translation. The technical setup takes a week. The translation runs on a per-market basis.

The lie owners get told is that they can flip a switch on a translation plugin and have a Polish site by Friday. They can. It will rank for nothing, sound like a robot, and embarrass them in front of Polish customers. The truth is a real multilingual site is half a technical job and half a copywriting job. The tech makes Google index it correctly. The human translation makes Polish customers trust it enough to call. Skip either and you have wasted the money.

After this, you have a site that ranks separately in each country, in each language, with copy that sounds like it was written for that market. You can run separate ads to each language version. You can publish a Czech case study without thinking about whether the English version got broken. And because the structure is right from the start, adding a fourth language later is a per-market job, not a rebuild.

This is for you if

  • You are expanding to a new country and need the site in their language properly
  • You tried Google Translate or DeepL and the bounce rate told you everything
  • You need hreflang, localized content, and a launch plan, not just translated text
  • You have an English site that works and want a Czech, German, or Spanish version that also works

Want a number on it?

Every engagement is scoped to what you actually need. Tell us where you are, what you're trying to fix, and we'll come back with a straight price and a timeline. No retainers, no "discovery phases", no surprises.

What this looks like when it works

  • Each language ranks separately in its own market instead of competing with itself
  • Polish or Czech customers do not click off because the translation reads like a robot
  • You can run ads to a specific language version without building a separate site
  • Adding a fourth or fifth language later is a per-market job, not a rebuild
  • You can read traffic and conversions per language in GA4 without doing maths

How we approach international & multilingual

The handful of principles that decide what we do and what we skip.

  • Subfolders, not subdomains

For most service businesses /cs/ on the main domain beats cs.example.com. The SEO is simpler and the trust transfers.

  • Human translation for the pages that pay

Auto-translate the long-tail. Human-translate the pages a customer reads before they call.

  • Translate the offer, not just the words

Phone numbers, reviews, and trust signals get localized too, not just the headline.

  • Track per market

If you cannot read each language's numbers separately, you are flying blind on whichever one is losing money.

How we compare to the alternatives

The honest sales argument. We will not pretend the other options do not exist.

Doing it yourself

  • You and your team learning every platform from scratch
  • The work eats nights and weekends
  • Hard to tell what is actually working until you have burned the budget
  • One channel at a time because you cannot run them all yourself
  • Pricey mistakes you eat alone

With Mujgos

  • An operator who has actually shipped this work for paying clients
  • Plain-English plan, plain-English reporting, no PDFs to interpret
  • Fixed scope, real deadline. No 12-month contracts
  • Decisions in 48 hours, not 4 weeks
  • You keep the keys to every account, tool, and asset

Typical agency

  • Junior staff in a process they cannot change
  • Dashboards that confuse instead of clarify
  • 12-month contracts and cancellation clauses
  • Cookie-cutter playbooks they run on every client
  • Padded retainers that grow quietly over time
