Web Design.

A site designed around the booking, not the brand video.

Good design for a service business is not pretty. It is clear. Phone number in the thumb zone. One offer above the fold. Real photos. Reviews you actually have. We design for the call you want, on the phone the customer is holding, not for an awards site nobody pays you to enter.

What the design process looks like. We start with the page in plain words, written around the question a customer is actually Googling. Then we lay it out on a phone screen first, because that is where 70 percent of your traffic already is. Phone number top right, one clear offer, the three things that matter most about the service in plain language, real photos of real jobs, reviews you actually have, and a form that asks for four fields, not eleven. Desktop is a refit, not the starting point. The whole design is built to make a stranger pick up the phone.

The lie owners get told is that a beautiful site wins them work. It does not. A homeowner with a leak does not care about your parallax scroll. They care that the page loaded before their phone went dark, the phone number is tappable, and the headline answered 'do you do what I need, in my area'. Most agency designs lose all three to win the first. The truth is the best-looking service-business sites are simple, fast, and forgettable in the way good products are forgettable. They just work.

After this, you have a site you are not embarrassed to send people to and that actually converts the traffic you already pay for. The phone rings from the website without you running a single ad. When you do run ads, the landing page does more of the work so the cost per booking drops. And because the design is built around the booking, you can change a price, swap a photo, or add a service without redesigning anything.

Industry benchmarks, not our client data

The gap web design & development has to close

  • 1.5% What the bottom quarter of websites convert at
  • 5% What top-quartile pages reach in most verticals

The bottom quarter of sites turn about one and a half visitors in a hundred into an enquiry. Top-quartile pages reach around five. That is the realistic distance, and it is the distance we work in.

We are deliberately not quoting the top decile at 11.45 percent. Within a single vertical the spread between best and worst is usually two to three times, not five, so treat three times as the working expectation and anything beyond it as a good year rather than a plan. Your industry, your prices and your market decide most of the ceiling before we touch anything.

What we can change is structure: what the page promises before anyone scrolls, how quickly it proves it with real proof rather than adjectives, whether there is a page for the specific job somebody searched for, and how little stands between deciding to call and calling.

This is for you if

  • Your current site does not reflect what the business has become
  • You have outgrown the template you bought three years ago
  • Customers tell you 'I almost did not call because the site looked off'
  • You need a site built to book jobs, not win design awards

What it costs

No proposal theatre. These are the real numbers, and the full list for every service is on the pricing page.

  • $3,700£2,899 one-time Lead Conversion Website System Up to 5 pages, high-conversion layout, mobile optimization, speed optimization, structured schema, GA4, GTM setup, and lead-form integration. Built purely for lead performance, not decoration.

Need a number for your situation?

The prices above cover the standard engagement. If yours is bigger, messier, or does not look like any of that, tell us where you are and what you are trying to fix and we will come back with a straight price and a timeline. No lock-in, no "discovery phases", no surprises.

What this looks like when it works

  • The site converts a higher share of the traffic you already pay for
  • You can run an ad straight to a service page without building a separate landing page
  • Customers find the phone number on their phone in under two seconds
  • Adding a new service or location does not require a new design pass
  • You can answer 'why this design' with reasons, not opinions

How we approach web design

The handful of principles that decide what we do and what we skip.

  • Phone first

We design on a 5-inch screen. Desktop comes after, not before.

  • Clear over clever

If a customer has to think to find the phone number, the design failed.

  • Real over stock

Real photos of real jobs and real reviews beat any illustration.

  • Reuse over reinvent

One service template, used 12 times, beats 12 bespoke designs.

Questions owners ask before they commit

Don't I want a site that looks impressive?

Impressive that does not book is expensive wallpaper. We design around the one action that pays you, the booking or the call, and make everything else get out of its way. It still looks good, it just earns its keep.

Isn't design just how it looks?

How it looks is the surface. Design is the decisions: where the phone number sits, what the visitor sees first, how few taps to book. That is what moves the number, and it is what we design for.

My competitors have flashy sites. Won't I look basic?

Their flashy site is probably leaking leads while it loads. Fast, clear, and obvious beats flashy and slow every time a real customer is deciding whether to call.

How we compare to the alternatives

The honest sales argument. We will not pretend the other options do not exist.

Doing it yourself

  • You and your team learning every platform from scratch
  • The work eats nights and weekends
  • Hard to tell what is actually working until you have burned the budget
  • One channel at a time because you cannot run them all yourself
  • Pricey mistakes you eat alone

With Mujgos

  • An operator who has actually shipped this work for paying clients
  • Plain-English plan, plain-English reporting, no PDFs to interpret
  • Fixed scope, real deadline. No 12-month contracts
  • Decisions in 48 hours, not 4 weeks
  • You keep the keys to every account, tool, and asset

Typical agency

  • Junior staff in a process they cannot change
  • Dashboards that confuse instead of clarify
  • 12-month contracts and cancellation clauses
  • Cookie-cutter playbooks they run on every client
  • Padded retainers that grow quietly over time
