Website for caterers

A catering site that books corporate accounts.

Built for caterers. Instant-quote estimator on the homepage, sample menus by event type, and an inquiry form that captures the date, venue, and budget so every proposal isn't a custom song and dance.

Sound familiar?

Most catering business websites have the same problems.

  1. Every quote is a custom proposal

Headcount, menu negotiation, dietary swaps, venue logistics. You spend 90 minutes on a proposal that might book. The math doesn't work.

  2. Corporate accounts shop on EZCater

You're not on EZCater or CaterCow, so you're invisible to the office manager ordering 40 lunches. The site should be the answer, but it doesn't show pricing or speed.

  3. Wedding clients vet you for 20 minutes

They want to see real events, real menus, real testimonials with the venue name. Your site has stock photos and a contact form. They book the caterer who shows up.

  4. Inquiry form gives you nothing useful

Name, email, message. No date, no headcount, no budget. You email back asking the same five questions every time. Half don't reply.

After previous cooperation with another marketing agency that was almost without results, we achieved greater results here after just a few weeks than with the previous agency in six months.

Ivan Zoralek

There is a lot of improvement in patient response. Basically, it has increased by at least 30%, if not more.

The guys know what they're doing, which is very valuable these days. We've been working together for 6 months and the results are great.

A website with one job: the enquiry you can quote

Every page moves towards one moment, the enquiry that arrives with the event date, the headcount and the venue already on it. Everything else on the page is there to make that moment easy.

  • One clear action on every page. Call, quote request or booking. Nothing competes with it, so visitors always know the next step.
  • Tracking from day one. You see how many enquiries the site produced this month and which page each one came from. No more guessing.
  • Changed the same day you ask. Your copy, prices and offers move when you say so. Most agencies measure that in weeks.
  • Ready for ads. The day you decide to run Google or Meta ads, the site is already built to convert those clicks instead of wasting them.
  • Fast, and built for phones first. Because that is where your customers find you.

The honest comparison

One budget. Three very different websites.

There are three ways to buy this. A DIY builder gets you evenings lost to dragging boxes around a template, and a menu page still showing last season. A typical agency gets you a twelve-month contract, a queue for a price change, and a site you never really own. We get you a site that is live in 7 days, changed in 24 hours, and yours to keep.

How it works

01
Book a free call.

30 minutes on Google Meet. We go through your site the way an office manager booking the whole floor's lunch would, and you leave knowing what is stopping the enquiry.

02
We build it.

You send your menus, your per head rates and photos from real events. We write the copy, build the menus by event type and the enquiry form that asks for the date and the headcount, and it goes live on your domain in 7 days.

03
Enquiries land, changes ship.

Enquiries reach you with the details already on them, so you quote instead of starting with the same questions every time. When a menu, a rate or a season changes, you message us and it is live within 24 hours.

Pricing

Pricing on the page. No quotes, no proposals.

You pay once for the build and you own everything. No contracts, no lock-in.

Questions catering owners ask before they buy

Can the form ask for the date and the headcount before it reaches us?

Yes, and that is the point of it. The form asks for the event date, the venue, the headcount, a budget band and any dietary needs, so what lands in your inbox is something you can price. You stop trading emails for days to find out it was a small party on a Saturday you are already cooking.

Can we put our menus on the site instead of emailing the same PDF all week?

Yes. Menus sit on the site by event type: corporate lunch, wedding, holiday party, drop off. The dietary versions are called out so nobody has to ask, and every menu reads on a phone and downloads, so the office manager can forward it to the people deciding with them. When a dish or a rate changes you message us and the new version is live within 24 hours.

Can we show a rough price per head without publishing a full price list?

Yes. Pricing bands by event type go on the page, or an estimator where someone picks the event and the headcount and sees a ballpark before they fill anything in. It sets the level, it is not a quote, and what they picked carries into the enquiry form, so you know what they had in mind before you call back.

Corporate buyers order lunches through the big ordering platforms. Does our own site still matter?

It matters more, because the office manager checks you out before they hand you the whole office lunch, and again before they make you the regular. Your own site is where they see the real plated food, the venues you have worked in and the reviews with a name on them, and where they can book you direct instead of through a platform that takes a cut. The platform gets you the first order. The site gets you the account.

Catering is seasonal. Can the site follow that?

Yes, and it should be up before the wave, not during it. People pick a caterer long before the event, so the seasonal menus and the pages that sell them go live while the deciding is still happening. You message us when the switch is due and it is live within 24 hours, then it comes down again after. Corporate lunches and funeral catering stay up all year, because nobody plans those around a season.

How long does it take, what do you need from us, and are we tied in?

Seven days from the kickoff call to live. From you we need your menus, your per head rates, photos from real events with the venue named where you have permission, and the questions people always ask you. Prices are on the page above, $2399£1,899 and $7500£5,900, so there is no quote to wait for. You pay once for the build and it is yours: your domain, your content, your enquiries. No twelve-month contract and no lock-in.
