Website for gyms
A gym site that books intro consults.
Built for independent gyms and studios. Intro-offer page with calendar booking, member spotlights with real results, and coach bios with credentials. The intro consult is the sale and the site fills it.
Sound familiar?
Most gym websites have the same problems.
Free-week signups ghost
They fill the form, you email a waiver, and they vanish. No calendar booking, no consult, no show.
Big-box gyms own Google with $10/mo offers
You're a premium coaching studio at $250/mo. The SERP is full of cheap chains. You compete on local intent or you don't compete.
Schedule is on Wodify or Mindbody, the site doesn't push it
Prospects want to see class times before they sign up. The site links to a third-party booking page that looks nothing like your brand.
Retention is invisible until it's gone
Members lapse and you find out a month later. The site has no member spotlights, no community proof, nothing that makes a prospect feel like they're joining something.

Your site looks great. Nobody books an intro.
Still on WordPress? Your schedule page crawls.
Slow to load? They join somewhere else.
What changes once the site does its job
The case study is one service business, not a gym. Same traffic, 60 days, twice the bookings. It is all written up on the case studies page.
Visitor-to-enquiry conversion on a service business site, inside 60 days.
Cost per lead over the same period, on the same ad spend.
Bookings per month, which is what the owner actually noticed.
After previous cooperation with another marketing agency that was almost without results, we achieved greater results here after just a few weeks than with the previous agency in six months.
There is a lot of improvement in patient response. Basically, it has increased by at least 30%, if not more.
The guys know what they're doing, which is very valuable these days. We've been working together for 6 months and the results are great.
A website with one job: getting the intro session booked
Every page points at one moment, the moment somebody decides to come in and try it. The intro offer, the class schedule and the program pages all sit where that decision gets made.
- One clear action on every page. Call, quote request or booking. Nothing competes with it, so visitors always know the next step.
- Tracking from day one. You see how many enquiries the site produced this month and which page each one came from. No more guessing.
- Changed the same day you ask. Your copy, prices and offers move when you say so. Most agencies measure that in weeks.
- Ready for ads. The day you decide to run Google or Meta ads, the site is already built to convert those clicks instead of wasting them.
- Fast, and built for phones first. Because that is where your customers find you.
Our performance
Built for speed. Measured by the tools that matter.
What we routinely hit on the websites we ship. Static-first, served from a global CDN.
Same money. Three very different gym websites.
Three ways to buy this, and each one costs you somewhere different. A DIY builder takes the hours between the early session and the evening rush, and still hides your intro offer behind a widget nobody waits for. A typical agency takes a twelve-month contract, a queue every time a class time moves, and a site you never really own. We build it in 7 days, change it in 24 hours, and hand you the keys.

How it works
30 minutes on Google Meet. We look at your site the way somebody deciding whether to join looks at it, and you leave knowing what is stopping the intro booking, whether we build it or not.
You send photos of the floor and the coaches, access to your booking platform, your intro offer and what each program costs. We write the pages, put the class schedule on your own site, set up the local search work, and it goes live on your domain in 7 days.
Bookings reach you with a time already on them. A new class, a coach who moves on, an offer that starts Monday: you message us and it is live within 24 hours, in the week it matters.
Pricing
Pricing on the page. No quotes, no proposals.
You pay once for the build and you own everything. No contracts, no lock-in.

Questions gym owners ask before they buy
Can our class schedule live on our own site instead of sending people to the booking system?
Yes. We put Wodify, Mindbody, GymMaster, PushPress or whatever you run on your own pages, styled to look like the rest of the site, so a visitor sees today and tomorrow without landing somewhere that looks nothing like you. Your platform still owns the bookings and the payments. The site is the front door, and the schedule is built to show up fast on a phone, which is where people are checking it.
Free-week signups fill in the form and then never come in. Can the site do anything about that?
It can take out the step where they go cold. Instead of a form that ends with you emailing back, the page hands them straight to a time: they pick a slot before they leave, and they get a confirmation with what to bring and where to park. It will not make everybody turn up. It does mean the serious ones arrive with a slot booked and a coach expecting them.
The budget chains undercut us on price. Can a website compete with that?
Not on price, and we would not try. The site says plainly what you are: coaching, small groups, the people running the floor, and what a month actually costs. Somebody hunting the cheapest joining fee clicks away, and that is the point. Each program gets its own page with the price on it, so the people who do get in touch already know the number before you speak to them.
Can you put our coaches and our members on the site properly?
That is most of the trust on a gym site. Every coach gets a bio with their certifications, what they actually coach and a real photo of them on your floor. Members get a spotlight in their own words, with a first name and the program they train in, so a visitor can see somebody who started where they are standing. Spotlights are easy to swap when somebody moves on, and your Google reviews can be pulled in live instead of pasted in as screenshots.
When should we do this, and what do you need from us?
Before the joining rush, not during it. That stretch after new year is the loudest your floor gets all year and the worst time to be waiting on a website, so the quiet weeks before it are when this is easy to get done. The build takes 7 days from the kickoff call. From you we need photos of the floor and the coaches, access to your booking platform, your intro offer, what each program costs and a short bio per coach. Your old site stays up until launch day and the old addresses are redirected, so nothing that was already working ends up pointing at a dead page.
What does it cost, and are we tied into anything?
$2399£1,899 for Our standard, $7500£5,900 for Growth, both priced on the page above, so there is no proposal to wait for. You pay once for the build and the gym owns it: the domain, the content, the enquiries, the member stories. No twelve-month contract and no lock-in. If we ever part ways, the site stays with you.
