Your January budget should buy members, not clicks.
Google Ads for gyms, built on the searches that end in a sign-up and running before the joining wave arrives. Measured at the member who joins, never at the click.

Our 3S Grow Method
Never buy clicks. Buy members who join.
Become searchable When they are looking for you.
They search. You are the first name.
Someone types what they need. Your listing climbs past the two above it, and the call comes to you.
They ask an assistant. It names you.
More people ask ChatGPT who to call. It answers with the business whose pages answer the question.
Broad match is spending your January budget.
Get seen Catch them when they are browsing.
They are not looking yet.
Your post lands in the local feed anyway, between the things they actually scrolled for.
Hundreds nearby now know the name.
The reach ticks up. Next time something breaks, they already know who to call.

Counting clicks, not sign-ups? You are losing money.
Stay sticky Be the name they remember.
One job becomes the next.
A past customer recommends you in a chat. That referral is the cheapest lead you will ever get.
They come back on their own.
A follow-up months later, and the customer you already won books again.
What it looks like once the leak is closed
One service business, not a gym, over 60 days on the same ad budget. The full write-up is on the case studies page.
Cost per acquisition after 60 days, on the same ad budget.
Sales in 60 days. The number the owner noticed before any report did.
Waste on a tightly managed account, against a neglected one. Audit figures, not ours.
After previous cooperation with another marketing agency that was almost without results, we achieved greater results here after just a few weeks than with the previous agency in six months.
There is a lot of improvement in patient response. Basically, it has increased by at least 30%, if not more.
The guys know what they're doing, which is very valuable these days. We've been working together for 6 months and the results are great.
Six channels, one destination
Each one reaches a buyer at a different moment. Most businesses need two or three of them, not all six, and picking the wrong ones is the expensive mistake.

Same joining-season budget. Three very different member lists.
There are three ways to spend this money. Doing it yourself means Google's recommendations, which are written to spend your budget, and late evenings in an interface built to confuse you while the floor is busy. A typical agency means a twelve-month contract, a junior on the account and a report about clicks. We mean weekly hands on an account you own, reported at the member who actually joined.

How it works
30 minutes on Google Meet. We open your account together, or talk through what you have tried, and you see where the budget is going before the call ends.
The first 30 days. We find the leak, cut the searches that only ever bring day passes and window shoppers, and get every call, form, trial and sign-up counted against the keyword that caused it. Then we scale what is left.
Weekly hands on the account, budget moved to what is filling the floor, and one number you can read: cost per booked job, which for you is a new member.
Pricing
Pricing on the page. Ad spend on your own card.
Management only. Ad spend is separate and sits on your own card. Under about £2k a month in spend we say no and sell you an hour of consulting instead.
Management only, both platforms, one report. Google for the buyer at the moment of intent, Meta to stay in front of everyone else. Scales with scope and ad spend.
I want this, let's call- Campaign audit and a written plan first
- Search campaigns built on buyer intent, Local Services Ads where you are eligible
- Meta campaigns built from your own footage and offers, never boosted posts
- Ad copy that filters out price-shoppers
- Weekly hands on both accounts
- Negative keyword lists tended weekly
- Call tracking tied to the keyword and the ad
- Cost per booked job, by channel
Search, answers and both ad platforms at once. For businesses that want to be unavoidable in their area. We bring more, you decide less.
I want this, let's call- Local SEO: profile, map pack, service and location pages
- AI Search & AEO: entity, schema, answer-first content
- Local link building and review system
- Landing pages built for the campaigns, not repurposed
- GTM container and GA4
- Conversion tracking for calls, forms and bookings
- Call tracking and Meta Pixel
- Cross-platform attribution and one report you can read
- Monthly reporting call

Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Google on your own card. We never mark it up and never hold the account. Management fees rise as spend and scope do, and we say so upfront. Tracking & Data Setup is £650 one-time on its own and included free with the All in One System.

Questions gym owners ask before they spend
Do I only need ads in January?
January is the loudest wave, but it is not the only one, and it is the worst month to start learning. We build and test in the quiet weeks so the account is tuned before the rush, then the budget goes up when people start searching. Term dates, the weeks after a holiday and the first warm spell all move demand too. We plan the budget around those waves rather than leaving it flat all year.
My January joiners cancel by March. Can ads do anything about that?
Some of it is the ad account. Somebody hunting a cheap month and somebody searching for coaching or classes are two different searches, and we cut the ones that never turn into a member who sticks around. Ads that say plainly what you are, what the joining terms are and who the place suits will lose you clicks, and those are the clicks you want to lose. The rest is what happens after they walk in. We will say so on the call rather than sell you ads for it.
The budget chains undercut me on price. Can I still compete on Google?
Not on the word cheap, and we would not try. We bid on the searches where people want coaching, classes, a trial or somewhere close to home, and we let the price hunters click somebody else. The ad copy does the filtering, so you pay for the enquiries your team can actually convert on a tour. If your market really is all price and nothing else, that shows up in the first 30 days and you hear it from us.
How much do I need to spend on ads for this to make sense?
About $2.5k£2k a month in ad spend, on top of the fee. Under that a management fee eats the budget before a click is bought, so we say no and sell you an hour of consulting at $140£110/hr instead. A cheaper agency takes the retainer and lets you find out in month six. If most of your money arrives monthly rather than on the day someone joins, say so on the call and we set the budget around that.
The last agency burned my budget before January even started. Why is this different?
Ask them one question: what did a new member cost me last month? If the answer comes back in clicks or impressions, they were selling you traffic. Most accounts we inherit fail on the same three things: broad match with no negative list, tracking that counts clicks instead of calls and sign-ups, and nobody touching the account between reports. We fix those first and tie every join to the keyword that caused it.
Who owns the account, and what if it does not work?
You own all of it. The account is in your name, your card is on it, and the tracking sits in your own containers, so you can check the spend yourself any day of the week. If the cost per booked job is not moving the right way by day 30, you hear it from us first and we tell you to pause rather than spend more. It is month to month, so nothing keeps running that you cannot defend.
