Website for bakeries
A bakery site that books wedding cakes.
Built for bakery owners. Wedding cake portfolio that actually loads, online pickup ordering on the homepage, and an inquiry form that captures the date and the budget so you stop chasing DMs.
Sound familiar?
Most baking business websites have the same problems.
Wedding clients vet you and bounce
They want 40 photos of real cakes. Your site has 4 from 2018. They go to the competitor who shows the work.
Custom orders all come through DMs
Instagram and Facebook messages. No quote trail, no calendar, no deposit. You're a project manager, not a baker.
Walk-in traffic is down and pickup is offline
Post-pandemic foot traffic never came back. People order ahead now. If your site can't take a pickup order, they buy a croissant somewhere else.
You can't update prices or the case
Sourdough went up $2. Tart of the week changed. The site says what it said a year ago. Customers show up confused.

Three things costing your bakery orders
Want the full picture? Watch the 7-minute walkthrough.
Your site looks lovely. Nobody orders from it.
Still on WordPress? That is yesterday's bread.
Your cake photos load slowly. They order elsewhere.
Real numbers, once the site is live
The business in this write-up is one service business, not a bakery. 60 days, the same traffic, twice the bookings. The whole thing is on the case studies page.
Visitor-to-enquiry conversion on a service business site, inside 60 days.
Cost per lead over the same period, on the same ad spend.
Bookings per month, which is what the owner actually noticed.
After previous cooperation with another marketing agency that was almost without results, we achieved greater results here after just a few weeks than with the previous agency in six months.
There is a lot of improvement in patient response. Basically, it has increased by at least 30%, if not more.
The guys know what they're doing, which is very valuable these days. We've been working together for 6 months and the results are great.
A bakery website with one job
The job is the order enquiry. The wedding, the birthday, the Christmas run, the cafe that wants a standing Friday order. It reaches you with the date, the size and the flavour already on it, so you answer with a price instead of a list of questions.
- One clear action on every page. Call, quote request or booking. Nothing competes with it, so visitors always know the next step.
- Tracking from day one. You see how many enquiries the site produced this month and which page each one came from. No more guessing.
- Changed the same day you ask. Your copy, prices and offers move when you say so. Most agencies measure that in weeks.
- Ready for ads. The day you decide to run Google or Meta ads, the site is already built to convert those clicks instead of wasting them.
- Fast, and built for phones first. Because that is where your customers find you.
Our performance
Built for speed. Measured by the tools that matter.
What we routinely hit on the websites we ship. Static-first, served from a global CDN.
Same money. Three very different counters.
There are three ways to spend this. A DIY builder gets you a template to wrestle with on the one evening you are not proving dough, and a menu still showing last Christmas. A typical agency gets you a twelve-month contract, a queue for a price change, and a site you never really own. We get you a site that sells what is in your case and brings the cake work in ready to price: live in 7 days, changed in 24 hours, yours to keep.

How it works
30 minutes on Google Meet. We look at the site you have now, the orders you want more of, and the ones you would rather stop taking. You leave with a plan whether we build it or not.
You send your menu, your prices, your lead times and photos of the real bakes. We write the copy, build the menu with the allergen tags and the cake order form that asks the date first, and it goes live on your own domain in 7 days.
You stop scrolling back through messages to find a wedding date. And when the loaf price moves or the tart of the week changes, you message us and it is live within 24 hours.
Pricing
Pricing on the page. No quotes, no proposals.
You pay once for the build and you own everything. No contracts, no lock-in.
Everything you need to look professional and convert visitors into booked calls.

Questions bakery owners ask before they buy
Can people order online, or does everything still come through the phone?
Both, and you decide how much. If you already sell through Square or Shopify, we put that ordering on your own domain, so the customer picks the loaf or the pastry box and chooses a collection time without ever leaving your site. If you do not sell online, the site takes pre-orders as a form: the item, the day, the collection time, straight to your inbox. Either way nobody rings you mid bake to ask what time you close.
Can customers filter the menu by allergen?
Yes. Every item carries its tags and the menu filters down to gluten free, dairy free, nut free or vegan, in your own words about what you can and cannot promise from a shared kitchen. It answers the question people would otherwise phone in and ask, and it stops an order you were never going to be able to make.
How does the wedding and custom cake enquiry work?
It asks for the things you need before you can reply. The date, the number of people, a budget band, the flavours, and their inspiration photos, all on the one form. Screenshots welcome, because that is how people describe a cake. It lands in your email instead of a message request, so nothing gets lost, and you decide which ones are worth a tasting.
Cafes and restaurants are our best customers. Does a website help with those?
It is where a chef checks you before they call. The wholesale page says what you bake, your delivery days, your lead times and your minimums, with a form that asks what they need and how often. Somebody who was given your name over the phone lands on that instead of an Instagram grid, and you get the enquiry in a form you can price.
Who updates the prices, the specials and the sold-out signs?
We do, and you never learn a system to ask. Message us that the sourdough price has moved, that the tart of the week has changed, or that Christmas orders are now closed, and most changes are live within 24 hours. That is the point of a managed site: the counter and the website say the same thing.
How fast can it be live, and what do you need from us?
Seven days from the kickoff call. From you we need your menu, your prices and lead times, decent photos of the real bakes, and the questions people always ask at the counter. Prices are on the page above, $2399£1,899 for Our standard and $7500£5,900 for Growth, so there is nothing to quote. If you already have a site it stays up until launch day and the old addresses redirect, so links and listings keep working. You pay once for the build and it is yours: the site, the domain and the customer details it collects. No twelve-month contract and no lock-in.
