Your budget should buy re-roofs, not third quotes for somebody's insurance claim.

Our 3S Grow Method

You are buying clicks, not booked roofs.

Become searchable When they are looking for you.

They search. You are the first name.

Someone types what they need. Your listing climbs past the two above it, and the call comes to you.

They ask an assistant. It names you.

More people ask ChatGPT who to call. It answers with the business whose pages answer the question.

Broad match spends your storm week, not you.

Get seen Catch them when they are browsing.

They are not looking yet.

Your post lands in the local feed anyway, between the things they actually scrolled for.

Hundreds nearby now know the name.

The reach ticks up. Next time something breaks, they already know who to call.

Counting clicks, not calls? Your storm week vanishes.

Stay sticky Be the name they remember.

One job becomes the next.

A past customer recommends you in a chat. That referral is the cheapest lead you will ever get.

They come back on their own.

A follow-up months later, and the customer you already won books again.

What the numbers do once the leak is closed

One service business, not a roofing company, 60 days, the same ad budget. The full write-up is on the case studies page.

42% lower

Cost per acquisition after 60 days, on the same ad budget.

3x

Sales in 60 days. The number the owner noticed before any report did.

20-40% to ~10%

Waste on a tightly managed account, against a neglected one. Audit figures, not ours.

After previous cooperation with another marketing agency that was almost without results, we achieved greater results here after just a few weeks than with the previous agency in six months.

Ivan Zoralek

There is a lot of improvement in patient response. Basically, it has increased by at least 30%, if not more.

Artem Saykin

The guys know what they're doing, which is very valuable these days. We've been working together for 6 months and the results are great.

Six channels, one destination

Each one reaches a buyer at a different moment. Most businesses need two or three of them, not all six, and picking the wrong ones is the expensive mistake.

The honest comparison

Same budget. Three very different seasons.

There are three ways to spend this money. Doing it yourself gets you Google's recommendations, which are written to spend your budget, and evenings in an interface built to confuse you, usually after a day on a roof until dark. A typical agency gets you a twelve-month contract, a junior on the account and a report about clicks. We get you weekly hands on an account you own, reported at the booked job.

How it works

01
Book a free call.

30 minutes on Google Meet. We open your ad account together, or talk through what you have tried, and you see where the money is going before the call ends.

02
Audit and tracking.

The first 30 days. We find the leak, cut the searches that only bring quote collectors, and get every call, form and enquiry counted against the keyword that caused it. Then we scale what is left, so the account is sharp when the weather turns.

03
You watch booked jobs, not clicks.

Weekly hands on the account, budget pushed towards the work you want and pulled off the work you do not, and one number you can read: what a booked job costs you this week.

Questions roofers ask before they spend

The phone only goes mad after a gale. Do I pay for ads through the quiet months too?

It is month to month, so you turn the budget down when the diary is full and back up when the forecast turns. What we would not do is switch the account off completely. A cold account has to relearn who is worth showing to, and it does that in the exact week you needed it sharpest. A small holding budget out of season and the real budget when the weather turns is the cheaper way round.

Half my enquiries are people collecting three numbers for an insurance claim. Can you cut those out?

Not to zero, but a long way down. Most of that traffic comes in on broad match and on searches about claims and paperwork rather than about getting a roof fixed, so those go on the negative list and get tended every week. The ad copy does the rest, saying who you are for and what a survey involves. Once calls are tracked back to the keyword, we can see which searches send the number collectors and stop paying for them.

How do I get full re-roofs instead of one-tile patch jobs?

By paying for the searches that lead to them and refusing the ones that do not. Repair searches and replacement searches are not the same words, so they get their own campaigns, their own budgets and their own bids. Then you get cost per booked job by keyword, so you can see what a replacement enquiry costs you against a patch. Some repair work is still worth buying, because that customer can call you back for the whole roof, and that call is yours to make, not the algorithm's.

How much do I need to spend on ads for this to make sense?

About $2.5k£2k a month in ad spend, on top of the fee. Under that the management fee eats the budget before you have bought a click, so we say no and sell you an hour of consulting at $140£110/hr instead. A thin budget also spends out early in the day and misses every call that comes after lunch. A cheaper agency takes the retainer and lets you find that out in month six.

The last agency burned my budget and sent me a report about clicks. Why would this be different?

Ask them one question: what did a booked job cost me last month? If the answer comes back in clicks or impressions, they were selling you traffic. Most inherited accounts fail on the same three things: broad match with no negative list, tracking that counts button clicks instead of phone calls, and nobody touching the account between reports. We fix those first, then tie every booked job to the keyword that caused it.

Who owns the ad account, and what happens if it does not work?

You own all of it. The account is in your name, the card on it is yours, ad spend goes straight to Google and is never marked up, and the tracking sits in your own containers. If the cost per booked job is not moving the right way by day 30, you hear it from us first, and the advice will be to pause rather than spend more. It is month to month, so there is no twelve-month contract to sit out.
