UX Strategy & Consulting.

A plan for the next 90 days of fixes, not a 40-page deck.

Most UX work fails because nobody decided what to do first. We sit with you, look at the data and the recordings, and write a short plan that says which 10 things to fix, in what order, and how to tell if it worked. Then we get out of your way.

The work looks like this. We pull GA4, Hotjar or FullStory recordings, your form analytics, and your call data. We walk your site on a real phone, on a slow connection, like a customer would. Then we hold one or two working sessions with you and write the plan. It is usually a 1-page priority list, a rough sequence, and a way to measure each item. We do not produce 40-slide strategy decks. We produce a list someone can start working on Monday.

The lie owners get sold is that they need a UX strategy before they can fix anything. So they pay for a six-week discovery, get a handsome PDF, and nothing on the site changes. The truth is you already know 70 percent of what is wrong. You just need someone to look at it with you, rank the fixes by impact, and tell you which ones are real and which are pet peeves. Strategy is a list of decisions, not a document.

After this, you stop arguing with your team about which redesign to commission. You have a written sequence: this month we shorten the form, next month we rework the service pages, after that we tackle the booking flow. Every item has a number attached so you can defend the budget. You can hire any developer to execute, or we do it. Either way the thinking is done and you stop paying for the same workshop twice.

Industry benchmarks, not our client data

The gap ux & customer experience has to close

  • 1 in 6 Conversion tests that produce a genuine winner. Most ideas, including ours, lose or do nothing
  • +6% Median uplift from a test that does win. Small, repeatable, and it compounds

This is the least glamorous number on the site and the most useful one. Across thousands of audited tests, only about one in six reaches significance with a winning variant, and the winners land single-digit gains. Anyone quoting you a 30 percent lift from a button colour is showing you their one good slide.

That is why the work is a programme rather than a redesign. Six percent, several times a year, on a site that also loads properly, is a different business in eighteen months. The starting point is usually generous: the average mobile page takes about 8.6 seconds against 2.5 on desktop, and fewer than half of sites pass Core Web Vitals on a phone, so the first wins tend to be speed and friction rather than anything clever.

This is for you if

  • You are about to commission a redesign and want to know if you actually need one
  • Conversion has drifted down and nobody can name the leak
  • You have GA4 and Hotjar installed and no one has looked at them in six months
  • Your team is arguing about a homepage rewrite without any data behind it

What it costs

No proposal theatre. These are the real numbers, and the full list for every service is on the pricing page.

  • $140£110/hr Standard Consulting Strategy sessions, data review, and the written plan. Most engagements land between 5 and 12 hours.

Need a number for your situation?

The prices above cover the standard engagement. If yours is bigger, messier, or does not look like any of that, tell us where you are and what you are trying to fix and we will come back with a straight price and a timeline. No lock-in, no "discovery phases", no surprises.

What this looks like when it works

  • You stop debating which redesign to buy and start shipping fixes in week one
  • Every change has a number attached so you can tell what worked
  • Your team agrees on what to do next because it is written down
  • You can hand the plan to any developer and the work gets done the same way
  • The site improves in steps you can see, not in one big-bang rebuild

How we approach ux strategy & consulting

The handful of principles that decide what we do and what we skip.

  • Decisions, not decks

The output is a list of what to do, not a glossy strategy document.

  • Look before you opine

We read the data and watch the recordings before we say a word.

  • Sequence beats scope

Knowing what to do third is more valuable than knowing everything to do.

  • Owner-friendly language

No frameworks you have to Google. Plain English an electrician could read in the van.

Questions owners ask before they commit

Isn't this just a strategy deck I'll never use?

That is exactly what we do not deliver. You get a prioritised list of the next 90 days of fixes, in order of impact, that your developer can start on Monday. Not a 40-page deck that dies in a drawer.

Why not just redesign the whole thing?

Because most of your problem is a handful of specific leaks, not the whole site. We find the few changes that move the number and skip the expensive teardown you probably do not need.

How do you decide what to fix first?

By impact on bookings, not by what looks dated. The fix that recovers the most lost sales for the least effort goes first, so you always know what is worth doing next.

How we compare to the alternatives

The honest sales argument. We will not pretend the other options do not exist.

Doing it yourself

  • You and your team learning every platform from scratch
  • The work eats nights and weekends
  • Hard to tell what is actually working until you have burned the budget
  • One channel at a time because you cannot run them all yourself
  • Pricey mistakes you eat alone

With Mujgos

  • An operator who has actually shipped this work for paying clients
  • Plain-English plan, plain-English reporting, no PDFs to interpret
  • Fixed scope, real deadline. No 12-month contracts
  • Decisions in 48 hours, not 4 weeks
  • You keep the keys to every account, tool, and asset

Typical agency

  • Junior staff in a process they cannot change
  • Dashboards that confuse instead of clarify
  • 12-month contracts and cancellation clauses
  • Cookie-cutter playbooks they run on every client
  • Padded retainers that grow quietly over time
