UX Audits.
A walk through your site that names every leak, in writing.
An audit is not a redesign. It is a structured walk through your site on desktop and mobile, with the data and the recordings open, that ends with a written list of every friction point and what it is costing you. Read it once, fix the top five, and the phone rings differently.
The audit takes a few days. We walk the site as a first-time customer, on a real phone in a real signal. We open GA4 and the funnel reports, install Hotjar or FullStory if you do not already have them, watch 20 to 50 real sessions, and read your form analytics. We time the key pages on a 4G connection. Then we write it up: every issue, the page it sits on, why it costs you money, and how to fix it. You get a document you can act on, not a PDF you have to interpret.
The lie owners tell themselves is that a low conversion rate means the site needs a full redesign. It almost never does. A redesign is a way to throw thousands at things a focused audit and two weeks of cleanup would have solved. The truth is most service-business sites have 8 to 12 obvious friction points that any honest reviewer can list in an afternoon. You do not need a new site. You need someone to point at the leaks and say 'plug that one first'.
After the audit, you know exactly what is bleeding leads and in what order to address it. You can do the work yourself, hand it to a developer, or have us do it. The audit pays for itself the first time you fix the form that was scaring people off, or shorten the booking flow that lost a job a week. Boring, surgical, and the cheapest way to lift conversion without touching the design.
This is for you if
- Your conversion rate is below 2 percent and you suspect it should not be
- The site looks fine on desktop and you have never tested it on a real phone
- Forms get started and abandoned and you do not know which field killed it
- You are about to spend on ads and want to be sure the landing page will not waste it
Want a number on it?
Every engagement is scoped to what you actually need. Tell us where you are, what you're trying to fix, and we'll come back with a straight price and a timeline. No retainers, no "discovery phases", no surprises.
What this looks like when it works
- You have a written list of what is costing you bookings, ranked by impact
- You stop guessing whether the site needs a redesign or a tune-up
- Your developer or agency has a brief they can execute without inventing the work
- The first three fixes pay back the audit before the rest of the list is done
- You can tell, in numbers, what changed after each fix lands
How we approach ux audits
The handful of principles that decide what we do and what we skip.
-
Watch real people
Recordings beat opinions. We open the tape before we open our mouth.
-
Rank by money lost
We sort by the issues bleeding the most leads, not the ones easiest to spot.
-
Name the fix, not the feeling
'The form is bad' is not a finding. 'Cut the form to 4 fields and move the phone above the fold' is.
-
Short report, fast
Two weeks from kick-off to a document you can act on, not a quarter.
How we compare to the alternatives
The honest sales argument. We will not pretend the other options do not exist.
Doing it yourself
- You and your team learning every platform from scratch
- The work eats nights and weekends
- Hard to tell what is actually working until you have burned the budget
- One channel at a time because you cannot run them all yourself
- Pricey mistakes you eat alone
With Mujgos
- An operator who has actually shipped this work for paying clients
- Plain-English plan, plain-English reporting, no PDFs to interpret
- Fixed scope, real deadline. No 12-month contracts
- Decisions in 48 hours, not 4 weeks
- You keep the keys to every account, tool, and asset
Typical agency
- Junior staff in a process they cannot change
- Dashboards that confuse instead of clarify
- 12-month contracts and cancellation clauses
- Cookie-cutter playbooks they run on every client
- Padded retainers that grow quietly over time
How working with us actually goes
No retainers you can't escape, no jargon, no 12-month contracts. You pick what you need, we do the work, and you keep the keys.
