SEO Content & Landing Pages.
A page for every search that ends in a phone call.
Every job you do is a search somebody types. If there is no page for it, you are not in that conversation. Most service businesses have one 'Services' page covering nine different things and wonder why they rank for none of them.
Start with the list of what you actually sell and where. A plumber does not sell 'plumbing'. They sell boiler replacement, emergency leaks, bathroom installation, power flushing, and landlord certificates, and each of those is its own search with its own price expectation and its own urgency. A page that tries to cover all five ranks for none, because it cannot be the best answer to any of them.
Then write each page for the person, not the crawler. The searcher wants three things fast: do you do this exact thing, roughly what does it cost, and can I trust you. So the page leads with the job, gives a real price range or an honest reason why it depends, shows proof from a job like theirs, and makes calling obvious. Keyword placement matters, but it is the easy part and it is the last thing we do.
City pages are where most agencies get lazy and where you can win easily. A spun template with the town name swapped in fools nobody now. A real page mentions the estates you work in, the housing stock you deal with, the jobs you did there, and the response time from your depot. It takes longer. It also ranks, and it converts, because it reads like it was written by somebody who has actually driven those streets.

Industry benchmarks, not our client data
The gap search engine optimization has to close
- 29% Of local clicks are left for everyone below the map pack to share between them
- 44% Go to just the three businesses inside it
That is the whole argument, and it is a distribution rather than a promise. Under the map pack, roughly a third of the clicks are split across every organic result on the page. Inside it, nearly half are split three ways. On a phone the pack also takes most of the screen before anything else is visible.
The intent is the highest on the internet: about three quarters of people who run a near-me search contact or visit a business within 24 hours. But be clear about what we can move. Google weighs relevance, prominence and distance, and distance from the searcher is not something anybody can optimise. Getting into the pack takes three to six months in a normal market and longer in a crowded city, and in some postcodes it will not happen at all.

- You are paying for ads on searches a page could win for free
- Your blog gets traffic that never turns into an inquiry
What it costs
No proposal theatre. These are the real numbers, and the full list for every service is on the pricing page.

Need a number for your situation?
The prices above cover the standard engagement. If yours is bigger, messier, or does not look like any of that, tell us where you are and what you are trying to fix and we will come back with a straight price and a timeline. No lock-in, no "discovery phases", no surprises.
What this looks like when it works
- You rank for the specific job, not just the industry word
- Each service you sell has somewhere to send an ad, an email, or a customer
- The pages read like a person wrote them, so they convert once they rank
- Your best guides pull traffic that turns into calls, not just sessions
- Adding a new service or town becomes a page, not a project
How we approach seo content & landing pages
The handful of principles that decide what we do and what we skip.
-
One search, one page
If two pages target the same thing, they beat each other up and both lose.
-
Refresh before you write
Pages sitting at position 11 are cheaper to move than new pages are to rank.
-
Write for the buyer, optimize after
The page has to convert once it ranks, or the ranking was a waste.
-
Local detail is the moat
Anyone can spin a town name. Nobody can fake having worked there.
Questions owners ask before they commit
How many pages do I actually need?
One per service you genuinely offer and one per area you genuinely cover, plus a small number of guides that answer what people ask before they buy. For most service businesses that is 20 to 60 pages, not 500.
Is this AI-written content?
We use AI the way you use a calculator, for speed on the mechanical parts. The angle, the local detail, the proof and the offer come from you and from us. Pages that read like a model wrote them do not convert and increasingly do not rank.
Do blog posts still work?
They work when they answer a question a buyer asks on the way to a decision, and they link to the service page that sells. They do not work as a word-count subscription, which is what most agencies are actually selling.
How we compare to the alternatives
The honest sales argument. We will not pretend the other options do not exist.
Doing it yourself
- You and your team learning every platform from scratch
- The work eats nights and weekends
- Hard to tell what is actually working until you have burned the budget
- One channel at a time because you cannot run them all yourself
- Pricey mistakes you eat alone

Typical agency
- Junior staff in a process they cannot change
- Dashboards that confuse instead of clarify
- 12-month contracts and cancellation clauses
- Cookie-cutter playbooks they run on every client
- Padded retainers that grow quietly over time
