We run Google Ads for painting and decorating businesses, pointed at people ready to book the work. Every pound is measured at the booked job, never the click.

Our 3S Grow Method

Never buy clicks. Buy booked painting work.

Become searchable When they are looking for you.

They search. You are the first name.

Someone types what they need. Your listing climbs past the two above it, and the call comes to you.

They ask an assistant. It names you.

More people ask ChatGPT who to call. It answers with the business whose pages answer the question.

Broad match is buying you paint shop clicks.

Get seen Catch them when they are browsing.

They are not looking yet.

Your post lands in the local feed anyway, between the things they actually scrolled for.

Hundreds nearby now know the name.

The reach ticks up. Next time something breaks, they already know who to call.

You count clicks. Your diary counts booked jobs.

Stay sticky Be the name they remember.

One job becomes the next.

A past customer recommends you in a chat. That referral is the cheapest lead you will ever get.

They come back on their own.

A follow-up months later, and the customer you already won books again.

What it looks like once the leak is closed

After previous cooperation with another marketing agency that was almost without results, we achieved greater results here after just a few weeks than with the previous agency in six months.

Ivan Zoralek

There is a lot of improvement in patient response. Basically, it has increased by at least 30%, if not more.

Artem Saykin

The guys know what they're doing, which is very valuable these days. We've been working together for 6 months and the results are great.

Six channels, one destination

Each one reaches a buyer at a different moment. Most businesses need two or three of them, not all six, and picking the wrong ones is the expensive mistake.

The honest comparison

Same budget. Three very different diaries.

There are three ways to spend this money. Do it yourself and you get Google's recommendations, which are written to spend your budget, and an evening in a confusing interface after the brushes are washed out. A typical agency gets you a twelve-month contract, a junior on the account and a report about clicks. We get you weekly hands on an account you own, reported at the booked job.

How it works

01
Book a free call.

30 minutes on Google Meet. We open your ad account together, or talk through what you have tried, and you see which searches are eating the budget before the call ends.

02
Audit and tracking.

The first 30 days. We cut the searches that only ever buy you a third quote, then get every call, form and quote request counted against the keyword that caused it. Nothing is scaled until the data is real.

03
You watch booked jobs, not clicks.

Weekly hands on the account, losers cut, negatives tended, and budget moved to the work that is actually getting booked. One number you can read: what a booked job costs you this week.

Questions painters and decorators ask before they spend

People ask a neighbour for a decorator long before they search. Can ads win that job?

They can, but not on their own. Your customer weighs it up, asks around and compares two or three decorators before anyone picks up a phone, so the search is the last step, and ads catch that step well. What ads do not do is build the trust that happens before it. That is reviews, photos of finished work and being the name that comes back in AI answers, which is what the bundle adds. On the call we say which of the two your money should go to first.

Can you stop us being the third quote someone uses to knock a price down?

Not entirely, but most of that traffic is bought by lazy keywords, so it is the first thing we cut. Tighter match types, a negative list tended weekly, and ad copy about prep and finish rather than a cheap day rate take a lot of it out. The form can ask what needs painting and when they want it done, so you know what you are driving to before you give up an evening. Some people will always collect three numbers. The point is to stop paying to be one of them.

We price every job at the house. How do you count a booked job and not a quote visit?

Call tracking and the form. The number on the ad and on the landing page is tracked, so the call you take on site ties back to the keyword and the ad that caused it, and quote requests are wired the same way. You tell us which of those turned into work, and the cost per booked job is built on that. Quote visits get counted too, so you can see how many evenings a keyword is costing you as well as how much.

Exteriors stop when the weather turns and summer books itself. Should we spend all year?

Do not switch it off, move it. In the wet months the budget goes to interior work, and the exterior campaigns come back up before the dry spell, not after it. It runs month to month with no lock-in, so that level is your call every month. This work also gets weighed up for weeks, so an enquiry you pay for in a quiet month often books into a busy one.

How much do I need to spend on ads for this to make sense?

About $2.5k£2k a month in ad spend, on top of the fee. Under that the management fee eats the budget before you have bought a click, so we say no and sell you an hour of consulting at $140£110/hr instead. Ad spend sits on your own card and goes straight to Google, never marked up and never through us.

The last agency spent our budget and sent us tyre kickers. Why is this different, and who owns the account?

Ask them one question: what did a booked job cost us last month? If the answer comes back in clicks or impressions, they were selling you traffic. Here the ad account, the data and the card are in your name, the tracking sits in your own containers, and it runs month to month, so nothing has to be rebuilt if you walk. And if the cost per booked job is not moving the right way by day 30, you hear it from us first, and we tell you to pause rather than spend more.
