Your ad budget should be buying new matters, not free advice on the phone.

Our 3S Grow Method
Never buy clicks. Buy enquiries that instruct.
Become searchable When they are looking for you.
They search. You are the first name.
Someone types what they need. Your listing climbs past the two above it, and the call comes to you.
They ask an assistant. It names you.
More people ask ChatGPT who to call. It answers with the business whose pages answer the question.
Broad match is buying you questions, not clients.
Get seen Catch them when they are browsing.
They are not looking yet.
Your post lands in the local feed anyway, between the things they actually scrolled for.
Hundreds nearby now know the name.
The reach ticks up. Next time something breaks, they already know who to call.

You count clicks. Reception counts free-advice calls.
Stay sticky Be the name they remember.
One job becomes the next.
A past customer recommends you in a chat. That referral is the cheapest lead you will ever get.
They come back on their own.
A follow-up months later, and the customer you already won books again.
Real numbers, once the leak is closed
One service business, not a law firm, 60 days, the same ad budget. The full write-up is on the case studies page.
Cost per acquisition after 60 days, on the same ad budget.
Sales in 60 days. The number the owner noticed before any report did.
Waste on a tightly managed account, against a neglected one. Audit figures, not ours.
After previous cooperation with another marketing agency that was almost without results, we achieved greater results here after just a few weeks than with the previous agency in six months.
There is a lot of improvement in patient response. Basically, it has increased by at least 30%, if not more.
The guys know what they're doing, which is very valuable these days. We've been working together for 6 months and the results are great.
Six channels, one destination
Each one reaches a buyer at a different moment. Most businesses need two or three of them, not all six, and picking the wrong ones is the expensive mistake.

Same budget. Three very different caseloads.
There are three ways to spend this money. Doing it yourself means Google's recommendations, which are written to spend your budget, and an interface you are learning at nine at night after a full day of files. A typical agency means a twelve-month contract, a junior on the account and a report about clicks. We mean weekly hands on an account in your firm's name, reported at the matter you took on.

How it works
30 minutes on Google Meet. We open your ad account together, or talk through what you have tried, and you see where the budget is going before the call ends.
The first 30 days are audit and tracking. We find the leak, cut the searches that only ever bring a free-advice call, and get every phone call, enquiry form and booked consultation counted against the keyword that caused it. Nothing is scaled until the numbers are real.
Weekly hands on the account, budget moved to the practice areas that are actually booking consultations, and one number you can read at the end of the week: what a booked matter costs you.
Pricing
Pricing on the page. Ad spend on your own card.
Management only. Ad spend is separate and sits on your own card. Under about £2k a month in spend we say no and sell you an hour of consulting instead.
Management only, both platforms, one report. Google for the buyer at the moment of intent, Meta to stay in front of everyone else. Scales with scope and ad spend.
I want this, let's call- Campaign audit and a written plan first
- Search campaigns built on buyer intent, Local Services Ads where you are eligible
- Meta campaigns built from your own footage and offers, never boosted posts
- Ad copy that filters out price-shoppers
- Weekly hands on both accounts
- Negative keyword lists tended weekly
- Call tracking tied to the keyword and the ad
- Cost per booked job, by channel
Search, answers and both ad platforms at once. For businesses that want to be unavoidable in their area. We bring more, you decide less.
I want this, let's call- Local SEO: profile, map pack, service and location pages
- AI Search & AEO: entity, schema, answer-first content
- Local link building and review system
- Landing pages built for the campaigns, not repurposed
- GTM container and GA4
- Conversion tracking for calls, forms and bookings
- Call tracking and Meta Pixel
- Cross-platform attribution and one report you can read
- Monthly reporting call
- Priority support, answers within 24 hours
- The person who scoped it runs it
- Month to month, no contracts
Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Google on your own card. We never mark it up and never hold the account. Management fees rise as spend and scope do, and we say so upfront. Tracking & Data Setup is £650 one-time on its own and included free with the All in One System.

Questions law firm owners ask before they spend
We do family, conveyancing and probate. Can you run all three?
Yes, but not out of one pot. Each practice area gets its own campaign, its own budget and its own cost per enquiry, because they are not searched for the same way and they do not cost the same to win. That also means you can turn one down when the fee earner covering it is full, and move the budget to the area with room. On the call we ask which work you want more of, and which you would rather stop paying for.
Most of our ad enquiries want free advice on the phone. Can you filter those out?
That is the leak we look for first. Broad match hands your budget to anyone typing a legal question, and the ad copy usually invites it too. We cut the search terms that only ever bring a quick question, build the negative list around them and tend it weekly, and write ads about the work you take on and how a first consultation gets booked. If you do not take legal aid or no win no fee work, those words go on the negative list too. Some will still get through, because no filter is perfect, but reception stops fielding the same wrong caller twice.
Can we advertise case results or a no win no fee promise?
Win rates and case results are not going in an ad, and no outcome gets implied in a headline either. We write about the practice areas you cover, who you act for, and how someone books a first conversation. How you charge, including no win no fee if that is what your firm offers, is your claim and your compliance sign-off, not something we invent. You approve every line before it goes live, and we write to your regulator's advertising rules rather than around them.
How much do we need to spend on ads for this to make sense?
About $2.5k£2k a month in ad spend, on top of the fee. Legal search is bid hard, so a thin budget is gone before it has taught you anything. Under that number the management fee eats the budget before a click is bought, so we say no and sell you an hour of consulting at $140£110/hr instead. A cheaper agency takes the retainer and lets you find out in month six.
The last agency spent our budget and kept the account. Why would this be different?
Ask them one question: what did a booked matter cost us last month? If the answer comes back in clicks or impressions, they were selling traffic. Here the ad account, the data and the card are in your firm's name, ad spend goes straight to Google and is never marked up, and the tracking and call tracking sit in your own containers, with call recording off unless you ask for it. It is month to month, so there is no twelve-month contract and nothing to rebuild if we part ways.
What if it does not work for us?
Then we tell you to pause, not to spend more. If the cost per booked matter is not moving the right way by day 30, you hear it from us first and you can stop at the end of the month. We would rather lose the retainer than run a budget we cannot defend with a booked-matter number.
