Your budget should buy booked groundwork, not enquiries with no planning yet.
We run Google Ads for excavation and groundworks, pointed at people who already have drawings and a start date. The budget is measured at the booked job, never the click.

Our 3S Grow Method
Never buy clicks. Buy booked groundwork.
Become searchable When they are looking for you.
They search. You are the first name.
Someone types what they need. Your listing climbs past the two above it, and the call comes to you.
They ask an assistant. It names you.
More people ask ChatGPT who to call. It answers with the business whose pages answer the question.
Broad match is buying you digger hire clicks.
Get seen Catch them when they are browsing.
They are not looking yet.
Your post lands in the local feed anyway, between the things they actually scrolled for.
Hundreds nearby now know the name.
The reach ticks up. Next time something breaks, they already know who to call.

You are counting clicks, not booked footings.
Stay sticky Be the name they remember.
One job becomes the next.
A past customer recommends you in a chat. That referral is the cheapest lead you will ever get.
They come back on their own.
A follow-up months later, and the customer you already won books again.
What it looks like once the leak is closed
One service business, not an excavation firm, 60 days, the same ad budget. The full write-up is on the case studies page.
Cost per acquisition after 60 days, on the same ad budget.
Sales in 60 days. The number the owner noticed before any report did.
Waste on a tightly managed account, against a neglected one. Audit figures, not ours.
After previous cooperation with another marketing agency that was almost without results, we achieved greater results here after just a few weeks than with the previous agency in six months.
There is a lot of improvement in patient response. Basically, it has increased by at least 30%, if not more.
The guys know what they're doing, which is very valuable these days. We've been working together for 6 months and the results are great.
Six channels, one destination
Each one reaches a buyer at a different moment. Most businesses need two or three of them, not all six, and picking the wrong ones is the expensive mistake.

Same budget. Three very different diaries.
There are three ways to spend this money. Doing it yourself means Google's recommendations, which are written to spend your budget, and an evening in an interface built to confuse you, once the plant is washed down. A typical agency means a twelve-month contract, a junior on the account and a report about clicks. With us it is weekly hands on an account you own, reported at the booked job.
| What matters | Oursdone-for-you | A typical agency | Doing it yourself |

How it works
30 minutes on Google Meet. We open your ad account together, or talk through what you have tried, and you see which searches are eating the budget before the call ends.
The first 30 days. We cut the searches that only bring enquiries with no drawings and no date, then get every call, form and quote request counted against the keyword that caused it. Nothing is scaled until the data is real.
Weekly hands on the account, losers cut, negatives tended, budget moved to the work that actually gets a machine on site. One number you can read: what a booked job costs you this week.
Pricing
Pricing on the page. Ad spend on your own card.
Management only. Ad spend is separate and sits on your own card. Under about £2k a month in spend we say no and sell you an hour of consulting instead.
Management only, both platforms, one report. Google for the buyer at the moment of intent, Meta to stay in front of everyone else. Scales with scope and ad spend.
I want this, let's call- Campaign audit and a written plan first
- Search campaigns built on buyer intent, Local Services Ads where you are eligible
- Meta campaigns built from your own footage and offers, never boosted posts
- Ad copy that filters out price-shoppers

- Negative keyword lists tended weekly
- Call tracking tied to the keyword and the ad
- Cost per booked job, by channel
Search, answers and both ad platforms at once. For businesses that want to be unavoidable in their area. We bring more, you decide less.

Questions excavation owners ask before they spend
Can ads filter out people who have not got planning permission yet?
Most of that traffic is bought by lazy keywords, so it is the first thing we cut. Negative lists, tighter match types and ad copy that asks for drawings and a start date do the bulk of the work. The form can ask where the job is up to, so you know what you are ringing back before you pick up the phone. You will still get the odd early enquiry, and some of those come back with drawings later.
We work for builders and developers as well as homeowners. Can both run at once?
Yes, and they should not share a campaign. Someone searching for footings for an extension and a site manager looking for muck away and site clearance want different words and behave differently once they land. We split them, then report cost per booked job for each, so you can see which side of the business your budget is really feeding.
We get booked solid, then the ground goes wet over winter. Should we keep spending?
Turn it down when the diary is full and back up before it empties. It is month to month with no lock-in, so that is your call every month. This work gets weighed up long before anyone rings, so the enquiry you pay for today often books into a month you cannot see yet. Switching off completely also throws away what the account has learned, so we would rather trim the budget than go dark.
How much do I need to spend on ads for this to make sense?
About $2.5k£2k a month in ad spend, on top of the fee. Under that the management fee eats the budget before you have bought a click, so we say no and sell you an hour of consulting at $140£110/hr instead. Ad spend sits on your own card and goes straight to Google, never marked up and never through us.
The last agency spent our budget and we got quotes, not jobs. Why would this be different?
Ask them one question: what did a booked job cost us last month? If the answer comes back in clicks or impressions, they were selling you traffic. Most accounts we inherit fail the same three ways: broad match with no negative list, tracking that counts button clicks instead of calls, and nobody touching the account between reports. We fix those first and tie every booked job to the keyword that caused it.
Who owns the ad account, and what happens if it does not work?
You own all of it. The account is in your name, your card is on it, and the tracking sits in your own containers, so you can check the spend any day of the week. If the cost per booked job is not moving the right way by day 30, you hear it from us first and we tell you to pause rather than spend more. It is month to month, so nothing has to be rebuilt if you walk.
