Our 3S Grow Method
You are buying clicks, not cars in bays.
Become searchable When they are looking for you.
They search. You are the first name.
Someone types what they need. Your listing climbs past the two above it, and the call comes to you.
They ask an assistant. It names you.
More people ask ChatGPT who to call. It answers with the business whose pages answer the question.
Broad match fills your phone with part-price callers.
Get seen Catch them when they are browsing.
They are not looking yet.
Your post lands in the local feed anyway, between the things they actually scrolled for.
Hundreds nearby now know the name.
The reach ticks up. Next time something breaks, they already know who to call.

Your report counts clicks, not cars booked in.
Stay sticky Be the name they remember.
One job becomes the next.
A past customer recommends you in a chat. That referral is the cheapest lead you will ever get.
They come back on their own.
A follow-up months later, and the customer you already won books again.
Real numbers, once the leak is closed
One service business, not a garage, 60 days, the same ad budget. The full write-up is on the case studies page.
Cost per acquisition after 60 days, on the same ad budget.
Sales in 60 days. The number the owner noticed before any report did.
Waste on a tightly managed account, against a neglected one. Audit figures, not ours.
After previous cooperation with another marketing agency that was almost without results, we achieved greater results here after just a few weeks than with the previous agency in six months.
There is a lot of improvement in patient response. Basically, it has increased by at least 30%, if not more.
The guys know what they're doing, which is very valuable these days. We've been working together for 6 months and the results are great.
Six channels, one destination
Each one reaches a buyer at a different moment. Most businesses need two or three of them, not all six, and picking the wrong ones is the expensive mistake.

Same budget. Three very different weeks in the workshop.
There are three ways to spend this money. Doing it yourself gets you Google's own recommendations, which are written to spend your budget, and an evening in a confusing interface after a day on the ramps. A typical agency gets you a twelve-month contract, a junior on the account and a report about clicks. We get you weekly hands on an account you own, reported at the booked job.

How it works
30 minutes on Google Meet. We open your ad account together, or talk through what you have tried, and you see where the money is going before the call ends.
The first 30 days. We find the leak, cut the searches that only ever bring part-price callers, and get every call, form and booking counted against the keyword that caused it. Then we scale what is left.
Weekly hands on the account, budget moved to the work that is actually booking, and one number you can read: what a booked job costs you this week.
Pricing
Pricing on the page. Ad spend on your own card.
Management only. Ad spend is separate and sits on your own card. Under about £2k a month in spend we say no and sell you an hour of consulting instead.
Management only, both platforms, one report. Google for the buyer at the moment of intent, Meta to stay in front of everyone else. Scales with scope and ad spend.
I want this, let's call- Campaign audit and a written plan first
- Search campaigns built on buyer intent, Local Services Ads where you are eligible
- Meta campaigns built from your own footage and offers, never boosted posts
- Ad copy that filters out price-shoppers
- Weekly hands on both accounts
- Negative keyword lists tended weekly
- Call tracking tied to the keyword and the ad
- Cost per booked job, by channel
Search, answers and both ad platforms at once. For businesses that want to be unavoidable in their area. We bring more, you decide less.
I want this, let's call- Local SEO: profile, map pack, service and location pages
- AI Search & AEO: entity, schema, answer-first content
- Local link building and review system
- Landing pages built for the campaigns, not repurposed
- GTM container and GA4
- Conversion tracking for calls, forms and bookings
- Call tracking and Meta Pixel
- Cross-platform attribution and one report you can read
- Monthly reporting call
- Priority support, answers within 24 hours
- The person who scoped it runs it
- Month to month, no contracts
Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Google on your own card. We never mark it up and never hold the account. Management fees rise as spend and scope do, and we say so upfront. Tracking & Data Setup is £650 one-time on its own and included free with the All in One System.

Questions auto repair shop owners ask before they spend
MOT and tyres are cheap work. Should the ads bid on them at all?
Sometimes, but only when the tracking can tell you what happened after the car came in. A cheap headline job gets the car on your ramp, and the repair gets decided there, so we watch which searches lead to work booked in rather than which ones ring the phone. If a keyword keeps bringing cars that book nothing, the budget moves to servicing, brakes and diagnostics. You make that call on numbers instead of a feeling.
Can you stop the calls from people who only want a price for a part they found cheaper online?
That is the first thing the audit goes after. Those calls come from broad keywords about part names and part prices, so they get cut, added to the negative list, and the list is tended every week. The ad copy does the rest, naming the work you want and the makes you take, so a price-only caller scrolls past. Some will still get through. The point is that you stop paying for the ones we can see coming.
Some weeks the ramps are already full. Can we point the ads at the work we actually want?
Yes, and that is usually where the money is. Budget can sit on the jobs you want more of, brakes, clutches, diagnostics, servicing, instead of the ones you take to be polite. When the workshop is full we turn spend down, and back up when the week ahead looks thin. It is month to month, so the account moves with your workload rather than the other way round.
How much do I need to spend on ads for this to make sense?
About $2.5k£2k a month in ad spend, on top of the fee. Under that the management fee eats the budget before a click is bought, so we say no and sell you an hour of consulting at $140£110/hr instead. A cheaper agency takes the retainer and lets you find out in month six.
The last agency burned my budget and sent me a report about clicks.
Ask them one question: what did a booked job cost me last month? If the answer comes back in clicks or impressions, they were selling you traffic. Most accounts we inherit fail on the same three things: broad match with no negative list, tracking that counts clicks instead of phone calls, and nobody touching the account between reports. We fix those first and tie every car booked in to the keyword that caused it.
Who owns the account, and what happens if it does not work?
You own all of it. The account is in your name, your card is on it, ad spend goes straight to Google and is never marked up, and the tracking sits in your own containers. If the cost per booked job is not moving the right way by day 30, we tell you to pause rather than spend more. It is month to month, so if you walk away the account keeps running and nothing has to be rebuilt.
