Branding & Rebranding.
Sharpen what you stand for. Skip the 80-page brand bible.
A brand is the reason a stranger calls you instead of the four competitors above you in Google. Most owners think branding is a logo. It is not. It is the one sentence that tells a customer who you are for, what you do, and why you are worth the higher price. We help you find it, write it, and put it everywhere.
We sit with you for two or three working sessions and pull apart who actually pays, who almost bought, and what the winning customers say when they explain why they picked you. From that we write the positioning sentence, a short messaging set, and only then do we touch colors and a mark. If your name still works, we leave it. If it is hurting you, we change it. Most engagements ship in three to five weeks, not three to five months.
The lie is that you need a rebrand. You usually do not. You need a sharpening. Owners spend thousands on a new logo and the phone rings the same on Monday morning because the underlying decision, who the business is for and what it refuses to be, never got made. Identity work without positioning work is decoration. We do the positioning first and the visuals second, and most clients keep 70 percent of what they already had.
After the work, your team describes the business the same way you do, your ads cost less because the click-through finally moves, and your higher prices stop getting argued. The van, the voicemail, the website hero, the Google Business profile, the way the receptionist answers the phone, all start saying the same thing. That coherence is what an actual brand is. Not a logo. A decision everyone in the company can repeat.

Industry benchmarks, not our client data
The gap brand strategy has to close
- 20% Revenue increase self-reported by businesses with consistent brand presentation. The figure most agencies quote is 33%; this is the conservative end of the same data
Brand is the softest thing on this list to measure and the easiest to dismiss because of it. The survey data that exists points the same way every time: businesses that say the same thing everywhere report higher revenue than businesses whose website, ads, van and phone manner each describe a slightly different company.
Treat that as directional and nothing more. It is self-reported by marketing leaders, not measured in a controlled trial, and we deliberately quote the low end of the range rather than the 33 percent everyone else puts on a slide. Nobody can hand you a percentage for fixing your positioning, us included. What the data does establish is that incoherence is expensive, which matches what shows up downstream: muddier ads, more price-haggling, and customers who cannot repeat back what you do.

Need a number for your situation?
The prices above cover the standard engagement. If yours is bigger, messier, or does not look like any of that, tell us where you are and what you are trying to fix and we will come back with a straight price and a timeline. No lock-in, no "discovery phases", no surprises.
What this looks like when it works
- Customers stop comparing you to the cheapest option in town
- Your team describes the business in the same words you do, on the phone and on site
- Higher prices land without a haggle
- Ad click-through goes up because the hook is finally a real hook
- You can say no to bad-fit work without flinching, because you know who the right customer is
How we approach branding & rebranding
The handful of principles that decide what we do and what we skip.
-
Strategy before colors
We decide what you stand for before anyone opens Illustrator.
-
Sharpen, do not relaunch
Most brands need a tune-up, not a teardown. Cheaper, faster, and you keep the equity you already built.
-
One sentence is enough
If you cannot say it in a sentence, a customer will not remember it.
-
Test on real customers
We try the new message on actual leads and listen for what they repeat back. That is the only review that counts.
Questions owners ask before they commit
Isn't this just a new logo?
The logo is the last five percent. This is the one sentence that makes a stranger pick you over the competitors above you in Google. We fix that first, and the logo almost draws itself after.
Do I need a full rebrand?
Almost never. Most businesses need a sharpen, not a teardown, so you keep the equity you already built and skip the 80-page bible you would not open. Cheaper and faster.
How do I know it worked?
We test the new message on real leads and listen to what they repeat back. When your team, your ads, and your customers all describe you the same way, that coherence is the result.
How we compare to the alternatives
The honest sales argument. We will not pretend the other options do not exist.
