LMS & Course Development.
Run an academy, not a folder of Loom videos.
When you sell more than one course, or train teams, or certify professionals, you need a real learning management system. We pick the right platform, set it up around how you actually teach, and migrate the content you already have without losing students.
The work starts with picking the platform that fits how you actually teach. LearnDash if you live inside WordPress and want full control. Thinkific Plus or Kajabi if you want a hosted academy with marketing tools built in. LearnWorlds for white-label and serious branding. Teachable for the simplest case. Moodle if you are running real certifications for regulated professions. Each one has tradeoffs. We pick based on your student count, your team, your tech comfort, and whether you sell certificates or just videos.
The lie the LMS vendors sell is 'unlimited everything, no transaction fees, full customization'. What they do not tell you is the migration is painful, the certificate engine breaks in edge cases, the email deliverability is mediocre, and the analytics are 5 years behind a real BI tool. We have shipped on all of them, we know the bear traps, and we set up your academy so the parts that matter (the student experience and the checkout) are solid. The parts that do not matter (the marketing automation built into the LMS) we route to tools that actually do that job, like ConvertKit or Customer.io.
Once the academy is live, the real work is making the existing courses work harder. We install completion tracking, drip schedules, certificate logic, group cohort tooling, and the small things that turn 'a folder of videos' into a community. Then we run the loop: which course in the catalog has the worst completion rate, what is the lesson everyone quits on, can we cut it in half, can we add an assignment that gets students back on the rails. The academy compounds when you stop launching new courses and start improving the ones you have.
This is for you if
- You need a proper LMS, not a Google Drive folder
- Your team training is informal and nobody is tracking who has done what
- You want certificates, progress tracking, and reporting and your current setup has none of it
- You are choosing between Teachable, Kajabi, Thinkific, and LearnDash and do not know which fits
Want a number on it?
Every engagement is scoped to what you actually need. Tell us where you are, what you're trying to fix, and we'll come back with a straight price and a timeline. No retainers, no "discovery phases", no surprises.
What this looks like when it works
- Your academy can host 5 to 50 courses without falling over, and students can find the right one in 30 seconds
- Completion rates climb because the drip schedules and assignments are tuned, not because you added more content
- Migration from your old platform happens without losing student progress, refund rate spikes, or angry support tickets
- Your team can launch a new course in 2 weeks instead of 2 months, because the production pipeline is documented
- You can answer 'which course is actually working' in numbers, not gut feel
How we approach lms & course development
The handful of principles that decide what we do and what we skip.
-
Platform fits the academy
We pick the LMS that matches your model. The wrong platform makes every problem harder for years.
-
Migrate without losing students
We test the migration on a copy before we touch the live database. Students do not notice the cutover.
-
Improve before you add
Fix the completion rate on the courses you have before you launch a new one. The math works better.
-
Route what the LMS does badly
Email goes to ConvertKit. Community goes to Circle or Discord. The LMS does courses and certificates, nothing else.
How we compare to the alternatives
The honest sales argument. We will not pretend the other options do not exist.
Doing it yourself
- You and your team learning every platform from scratch
- The work eats nights and weekends
- Hard to tell what is actually working until you have burned the budget
- One channel at a time because you cannot run them all yourself
- Pricey mistakes you eat alone
With Mujgos

- Plain-English plan, plain-English reporting, no PDFs to interpret
- Fixed scope, real deadline. No 12-month contracts
- Decisions in 48 hours, not 4 weeks
- You keep the keys to every account, tool, and asset
Typical agency
- Junior staff in a process they cannot change
- Dashboards that confuse instead of clarify
- 12-month contracts and cancellation clauses
- Cookie-cutter playbooks they run on every client
- Padded retainers that grow quietly over time
How working with us actually goes
